  8. This is a complete rewrite of my StreamLineOS program,
  9. which analyses every library/device in the system, and
  10. looks for optimisations which have been missed.
  11. If it finds any, it will patch them to use faster code.
  12.  
  13. Due to this `realtime' patching, it can be that it'll
  14. patch many vectors on your system, or not so many,
  15. depending on how many libraries/devices you have loaded.
  16.  
  17. V2.0 brings many new features.
  18.  
  19. - SLOS is now a commodity and optimises libraries/devices
  20.   resources & datatypes as they are opened.
  21.   It also catches programs which patch library routines
  22.   and optimises these patches.
